SERRA International was launched on November 14, 2011 in Baroda, the capital city of the erstwhile Gaekwad rulers and an important cultural center of India. In association with EtonHouse International Education Group - Singapore, we are committed to provide world-class early childhood education in Baroda. Ms. Hemali Kadakia is an educationist with over 11 years of rich experience in the field of Early Childhood from New Zealand. She has completed B.A. with majors in child development from S.N.D.T. Mumbai. Hemali is a Bharat Natyam dancer and a national level all-rounder championship winner in Athletics.
